Abstract
Kamal Hattab’s article aims to shed light on the phenomenon of globalization from an Islamic perspective. He does so through an examination of the various dimensions of globalization, with the objective of arriving at approaches and solutions to engaging with it. Hattab’s article thus treats the policies, instruments, and agencies of globalization, focusing especially on the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), and the World Trade Organization (WTO).
