Abstract
Ralph Braibanti’s article calls for cooperative work between the Muslim and Christian worlds, analyzing the Islamic world in the post-colonial era, and noting the neo-Christian view of Islam on a global level. He describes the mutual beliefs between the two faiths as a foundation for collective work, and natural law as a foundation for understanding, giving a model for collective work in the field of social values. He concludes by presenting problems and the prospects in the 14th century of Islam, reminding that the civilization is facing a challenge to the values of believers in spiritual life in general, and calling on Muslims to link the Islamic value approach with similar values of the non-Muslim world in a collective effort to influence human society.
